Review content:
The owner of this stable is the most hideous, rude and unscrupulous man I have ever encountered. He fails to inform people who call that there is a $ 8 park fee that has to be paid. I arrived and had left my wallet at home and after paying the park fee had only $ 60. I gave this cash to an employee and she indicated that I could reschedule. I felt bad about the mishap.\r
\r
Upon calling to reschedule and speaking with the hideous man who answered the phone, he informed me that he would not refund my money nor would he allow me to reschedule. I was told that my $ 60 in cash was being kept for preparing the horses which equates to $ 30 per horse to put a saddle on it. Gee, maybe I should work there\r
\r
Not only is his demeanor rude, he misrepresents his stables and essentially stole my money. I ask anyone with a mind this: would you hand over $ 60 in cash as an apology for not having the rest of the money when could merely have walked away. I am a single mom and currently unemployed so his stealing my money does not sit well with me.\r
\r
He is a fraud and I have filed complaints with every agency that handles such consumer matters. \r
\r
I would not recommend this dump, along with the nasty owner, to anyone. Go to the stables on Parker Road in Aurora. It is a much better experience. \r
\r
You can read all the other reviews on here that pretty much say the same thing about this unethical individual and his lousy stable.
