Review content:
Went to retrieve my workout sheets to show proof of my 100 workouts in order to cancel without being charged the $199 cancellation fee. The owner, Patrick Kerwin, and the Plano mgr, Sharon, lost half of my sheets. The owner screamed at me, chastised me saying I was the only person who ever had trouble cancelling, threatened to sue me for slander, and kicked me out. All while I was holding my 14mo old baby! He even chased me out into the parking lot where he yelled out to me to, ""Look in the mirror."" Wondering if that was supposed to be an insult, I asked him what that was supposed to mean and he only repeated himself. He also screamed that I came to the gym today ""to start trouble."" I actually just came to get my workout sheets and cancel my membership of 3 years! No one should have to go through what I went through today.
