Well I guess I am not going to get a response from my earlier e mail to Country Inn so here goes the details of our stay on 8-31-2013! We were assigned a room in the spa section of the Inn and had looked forward to using the spa only to learn that it did not work and when we called the desk were told that none of them were working (however they had just taken our money for this upgrade) I asked for another room or an adjustment and was told the desk was not authorized to do that and the manager would not be in until Tues. On Monday I wrote to them and asked for a adjustment and have never received a reply. We were only given 2 wash clothes for our upgraded room and had to call down to the desk and ask for more and was told we had to come down and get them if we wanted them as they were too busy to bring them up.. Their breakfast was nothing to look forward to either and their donut selection was gone by 8:30 AM (if they ever had one). So disappointed as we had never used a spa and was so looking forward to it as it was our 50th anniversary! A very disappointing stay and even more disappointing to realize that they do not care to respond to me!
