Businiess name:  Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

Review content:
The antique sportsman theme at Famous Dave's reminds me of all those fish-tales I've heard about the best BBQ in America on the side of some little road on the way to grandaddy's secret fishin hole. Well the Big One doesn't have to get away this time - you can find it right off Cedar Bluff Road in Knoxville. Great pork and brisket, whole chickens if you want 'em, and flavorful fried catfish to round it out. I recommend a rib combo and an empty stomach. Try all the sauces, you'll have several waiting on the table, and I even mix them sometimes. Be warned, the sweet tea is like syrup, and the service is annoyingly friendly. It's loud and often crowded at Famous Dave's, but remember it's a chain of BBQ joints, not fine dining. Pros: Meats and Sauces Cons: Shy people will be scared
