0 Stars-I'm so disappointed with this practice. I've been going to them since before my first child was born in 2003 (over 7 years). It has changed for the worse. They should care a bit more about their patients and customer service. My appointments are rescheduled numerous times and when I finally get in, I'm told they had an issue when they ran my insurance card. They knew this the day before my appointment but didn't feel my time was important enough to notify me so I drive all the way there, only to be told I can't be seen until my insurance in straightened out (after already waiting 45 minutes). According to them, my only options were: call insurance from there and straighten it out or reschedule and work it out from home. If they had told me this the day before, when they knew, I could have already called insurance and worked it out before showing up for my appointment. Why is their time more valuable than mine? Very disappointed. Taking my business to a practice that cares about their patients and their patient's time.
