Review content:
I have been shopping at Earth Lore for many years and I have always loved it. This last weekend, I was in and I purchased about $70 worth of items. I really, really had to use the restroom and I expressed this to a salesperson, explaining that I didn't think I would make it down the street to the nearest available restroom. \r
\r
I understand that they do not have a public restroom due to keeping a safe in the back. However, I would not have minded if someone stood back there while I went in the bathroom. The truth is I was feeling very sick and not interested even remotely in their safe. I made my purchase in a hurry so that I didn’t relieve myself all over their floor (which would have been mortifying) and because I was in a hurry, I dropped the bag when the salesperson handed it to me, and one of the items that I bought broke into several pieces. I didn’t realize this until I got it home, since I was more focused on finding a bathroom.\r
\r
I completely understand why they do not want people going in and out of their back room. However, I feel like sometimes it’s ok to bend the rules a little bit in the case of an emergency, which this most definitely was. Due to this incident, I will not shop here anymore. I can purchase the same things closer to my house. I just really came here for the atmosphere, which I realize now is actually kind of ""crappy"" if a person's discomfort is less important than a sale.
