12/05/06 Lunch - Cheeseburger, $6.75 served with a ciabata bun slighly toasted was a pleasant surprise. It was cooked prefectly medium as ordered. It was thick, not greasy, and not too juicy. This 6 ounce burger which looked like an 8 ounce is a pretty good value. You get lots of shoe sring fries, a fresh thick tomato, iceburg lettuce leaves, red onions and a couple celery sticks and carrots. It makes a very nice presentation. In fact it is by far one of the best presented burgers I ever had, but Im here for the taste. The burger was not as steaky as Caneros, but when compared to all the others it ranks as an above average equal. The small garden ,$3.95 or ceasar salad, $4.95 sides are a gem, I have been here twice now and I would say they are so far very consistant. The waitress staff do a decent job and since nobody knows they serve lunch she can give you all her attention. There is one table that has a great window seat which is most likely going to be all yours. On certain days they have special sandwiches, Tues hot meatball, Wed chicken salad, Thur pulled pork, and Fri grilled ahi tuna. Overall this is a pleasant and quiet dining experience. The food is very tasty and well presented.
Pros: burger, presentation
Cons: closed Mondays and Sundays
