HORRIBLE SERVICE. My wife and I walked in for lunch and ordered a wrap and sandwich. Approximately 20 minutes into our wait we started looking around to the passing staff, hoping they would acknowledge us or our lack of lunch. Nothing, not even a wipe of the table as it was one of several which was left dirty, as if it was busy. It wasn t, there was no line and only about half the tables were filled. \r
So about 25 minutes into our wait my wife went up to the cash register and politely asked if they knew how much longer the food would be. She was brushed off with a Shortly , as the cashier went on with other things, while making no attempt to check the adjacent kitchen. The last straw was 35 minutes into the wait, when the same things we had ordered were served to people who had just come in. \r
At this point, trying to be polite, I walked up to the register to pay for the drinks and leave, thinking out of shear inconvenience they would comp us our drinks. Nothing. \r
I counted 2 people on the register, with at least 6 kitchen staff. Their service was inexcusable and the worst I have ever experienced in the area
