I called these people gave them the year, make, and model of my truck, told them I wanted an old hidden hitch removed and a new one installed. I was told the new one would be in approx. 12 days, ok, they set a time and I was there to remove and order. They then said they didn't know who took my call and as I again repeated the information they did not understand! ""that was a bad sign"" so we went out to my truck, the sales person told me that was a custom job, I told him no, in his ignorance he bent my license frame attempting to reveal the hitch. Don't let these guys touch your vehicle! doubt what I am sayding look up TrailerHitches com: Hidden Hitch 87506 - Class 3 Hitch. These guys can't know their own business.
