Boring decor, rooms have no fridge, no coffee mugs... is this a Hilton?\r The only thing this Hilton has going for it is it's location closest to the Anaheim Convention Center. Everything else falls flat. Super slow check-in, 20 people waiting to check-in, 8 reception stations, yet only 2 reception persons were at their post checking guests in. It took 30 minutes just to get to the counter. The entry and check in area is so boring, it's all in various shades of brown. Ugly. The rooms are no better. You'd never guess you were across the street from Disneyland. We were given a room on the 14th floor (13th really but they call it the 14th) with a king bed, very comfortable, but it had no fridge to keep our water cold. They sold Icelandic glacer water for $4 per small bottle, and you'd think they would want you to be able to keep it cold. They did give an ice bucket, but the ice is municipal water, so when it melted in that expensive water you may as well drink the municipal water, it's the same thing. They had a coffee machine in the room, on a real nice office desk arrangement, but they didn't even give you a coffee cup or mug, just paper cups. This is what I would expect in a motel 6, not a Hilton. It took 2 calls to get room service, They don't seem concerned with customer service. Breakfast in the restaurant was just ok, but for $50 for 2 it should have been memorable, it wasn't. Needless to say that was the only meal eaten in the Hotel Restaurant, and we were there for 4 days, so they really lost out. \r Overall if you have a choice, I recommend staying at the Paradise Pier Hotel or Disneyland Hotel instead of this Hilton. Same money, but far better accomodations.
