I rented a large home in the Idaho Falls area for over two years through Jacob Grant PM. Not only did they prove to be very easy to deal with and responsive whenever we had a problem, they actually refunded almost my entire security deposit. Over the 8 years I have been in Idaho and renting in the same area with other property management firms, this has never, ever happened. Ever. The rent we paid was fair, and the house was beautiful. They even took the time and would follow up with me on any issue I brought to their attention.
