I have been seeing Dr. Patel for 6 months. Although his English isn't all that great, and you may sit in the waiting room longer than expected (typical doctors office), but I give him 2 thumbs up. He doesn't pry to far into your business, only what you want him to know and he has given me fair treatment. I am on my way to recovery without any aa meetings or rehabs. I have never felt like I am less than him (heck, he's got a degree in phsyciatry what do you have?). He has always told me I am doing a good a job when I tell him of my accomplishments and progress during the time I have been seeing him. Yes, most of the people come to see him because they are looking for more drugs but those who are serious about their treatment will get good results.
