First of all the price is right. So if your looking for a deal this is the place.\r

The sea gull motel is located over looking the beach and its nice to be able to see the ocean without being outside.\r

It's old and it shows. Don't look for anything special but a place to rest your self while going to the beach and playing and having fun.\r
I'll be rambling on because I'm sitting in my room with our 3 yr old watching opening day of baseball, because I'm not much of an out doorsmen. I prefer the finer things in life, like daily room cleaning, fresh towels & a room that doesn't smell like animals. But that's just me..\r

The rooms are spacious and have charm. I feel like I'm trapped in the twilight zone taking me back to the 50's/60's.\r

Don't expect service from the front office. I waited 10 minutes in the office before someone came to the desk so I could inform them that the cable wasn't working. Again, I would rather be on the beach in California rather than trapped at the seagull while the wife and other 2 kids play in the sand..\r

Even though I'm sounding like I'm 50/50 on the place. I am. I still have 2 days here.\r

I've come to the conclusion that the cost out weighs any negative thing. Just keep in mind you'll miss out on some better amenities.
