My car was in this shop for over 2 months... the work was poorly done. Besides the fact that I had to take my car back several times for them to fix the work they originally did, the owner and workers were rude and had no common courtesy or respect what so ever. I was extremely shocked that I was treated and spoken to the way that I was. I believe the owners name is Willy.. who was the MOST rude of them all. Every time I had a question or concern or wanted to make a suggestion as to how I wanted my car done, I was told that they know what they are doing and I was brushed off. I am still currently having issues with the assembly of my car and still going back for more work to be completed. I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied and beyond annoyed and upset about all of this. ALSO, when it was time for me to pay for the work that was done, I was told that I could not use a credit/debit card and that I needed to have cash only! I was completely inconvenienced and had to go out of my way to leave and go get cash before they would release my car to me. After all was paid, I asked for my receipts from all the visits and times my car was back there and i was told ""you dont need that""... I still have YET TO get a receipt from them. Overall, WORST experience and customer service I have ever had! I DO NOT recommend anyone to take their cars to this place!!
