My experience with your organization has been a breath of fresh air for me. Having come off an experience where my wishes were completely ignored and high pressure was applied to me to comply with the doctor's idea of what is best for me, I really appreciated your willingness to listen to me and present options letting me decide what I felt was best. The time you took to get to know me and discuss in depth all the options was extremely important to me. The friendliness of your staff is second to none in my opinion. My sense of being treated fairly and honestly is at the core of my opinion.
