I would NEVER recommend this bridal shop. I'm very disappointed that I purchased my wedding dress from this shop. Finding 'the perfect dress' is supposed to be the happiest moment of the wedding planning experience and it was up until after purchasing my dress. My bridesmaids found their dresses and after much confusion trying to place the deposit for their dresses, we get the order placed. Numerous emails were sent back and forth between one of the girls who was trying to make sure the correct size dress was ordered for. Instead of the bridal shop calling the bridesmaid or even myself to try and resolve the conflict, the legal representative for the bridal shops sends an email directly to me stating ""The happiness of our brides is our most important goal, and after reading (bridesmaid's) email, I have decided it would be best for you to find another store for your bridesmaids. It appears that our program is just not a good fit for your needs, and we don't want you to have any more stress. ""\r
After receiving this email, this did not resolve any stress whatsoever! The bridal shop has continued to cause me more stress after threatening to sue me over a review that was posted about them that I didn't even write. I have yet to receive a telephone call from them apologizing for the stress and disrespect I have received. And I'm not expecting to ever receive that call. I cannot believe that this bridal shop would ever be this low class and think that it's ok to treat anyone especially a bride this way. I was considering purchasing a wedding dress from another retailer and now I wish I had gone with my second choice. Brides and bridesmaids, do yourself a huge favor and be careful when considering this bridal shop for your wedding. \r
