Review content:
Took my mom to find a used car yesterday. She's 64 and persnickety about maintaining her independence, so all I did was drive her to the lot. In addition to Mom's ""free spirit,"" she is also very soft-hearted and tears up easily when under stress. The fact that she's been without wheels for a few weeks had really been wearing on her. We arrived at Ed Hicks Imports (the 3338 SPID site) and immediately hooked up with Mr. Tim Grant. Mr. Grant seemed to understand Mom's sensitivity. He was VERY understanding, patient, courteous, and helpful. When Mom stepped out of her ""new-to-her"" XTerra after the long drive home, she was grinning from ear-to-ear! There will be no sticker shock or buyer's remorse for my Mom, thanks to the patience and kindness of Mr. Grant in helping Mom find just the right vehicle. Thanks to Mr. Grant, and thanks to his supervisors for hiring such a helpful salesman! That's not something you often feel when you leave a car lot! Pros: Knowlegeable, sensitive staff
