Review content:
Have an area rug with urine stains and Flood Masters was the most inexpensive. They came out and spend maybe 15-20 minutes and left. Very friendly but the urine smell was still there while later. I was ready to write a bad review but the guy was so nice I thought I'd give him a chance. Called and he came back right away, picked up the rug to take it in, soak it and really get the smell out, then drop it off in a day or two. I was very impressed with the customer service and would happily recommend them.
