Review content:
My husband and I went to Koeppel Subaru to replace our 21-year-old Toyota, after having done a lot of advance research. Our salesman, Randy, was extremely attentive, helpful, responsive, and, most important to us, did not try to pressure us into anything. We test drove both the Forester and the Outback, and decided on the Outback. If it had not been a Saturday (the banks were closed, and we were paying cash) we could have driven away that day in our new car. Since the car we had been driving was so old, all the bells and whistles on the Outback were novelty to us, and Randy was extremely patient in explaining each and every feature, including how to install a car seat with the LATCH system for our grandchild. He even linked our iPhones to the Bluetooth system for us. The entire process was quick and painless, very unlike our experience 21 years ago at a different dealership. We were able to negotiate a good price - perhaps not rock bottom best deal ever, but an honest and respectful negotiation that felt fair to us. I don't know about the other reviewers on this site - perhaps they had different salesmen, or perhaps Koeppel was different then and they have listened to past criticisms and improved, but I would certainly send any friend to Koeppel now, and I would strongly encourage anyone going there to ask for Randy. Thanks, Randy, for making this potentially anxiety-provoking experience fun!
