Never been there before, actually just set my 1st appointment, was willing to come clear in from Boise because the price was so awesome. Called to confirm my appointment to have the animal spayed this afternoon (yes I thought it was odd for a PM drop off, then again this is my 1st dog) the girl who answered the phone, 1st of all could not find my appointment, (because it was scheduled with my last name, and MY DOGS name for my 1st name) I was then told she was only scheduled for vaccines and has to have vaccines for 3 weeks before the spay (ok, again my 1st dog) so I said oh I guess that wasn't explained to me.... The person on the phone then snapped back 'Yes it was because I made the appointment!"\r \r Yes you may be cheap but no thank you. Even though there is a good chance I just misunderstood the appointment, I'm not paying for that kind of customer service. A simple (polite) I'm sorry for the misunderstanding would do thanks.... I'll pay extra and maybe Blanley can teach their receptionists some manners or customer service... \r
