DO NOT rent from Fowler Property Management. They will rape you for your security deposit. I left my apartment in move in ready condition when I moved out and they took HALF of my security deposit - citing carpet cleaning, overall cleaning, labor hours. I have never been deducted so much money from any of my security deposits in the 15 years that I have been renting apartments. They are such scammers and are just looking to profit from their tenants and screw them over in the end. \r
