Review content:
I purchased 4 Goodyear tires a couple of months ago and have nothing but problems. My tires keep going flat and I keep going back to have them 'fix' the issue. After my third trip back I was told that they really didn't fix my tires, they put some sealer product on that, when wet, would bead up and fall off! I went back in again where the new manager did little more than glance at the tires and filled out some report to send back to Goodyear. Just got a phone call from Sears...sorry, nothing they can do for me (nor will Goodyear) and for all of my troubles they'd like to toss me a $25.00 gift card! I spent just short of $1,000 on tires that are defective and they want to give me a $25.00 gift card...probably a Sears gift card too which means its worth about $3.00! I want GOOD tires! I am not done...next is filing a complaint with the BBB, calling corporate....and on and on. Winter is right around the corner and I'm stuck with $1,000 worth of defective tires!
