I wholeheartedly agree with Lissa E.'s review. I do NOT recommend using this moving company. After speaking with an office manager on the phone on two occasions, I'm very surprised this company is in business. This moving company appears to specialize in helping families/couples/individuals who want to move at the last minute at a very reasonable price. \r

Because I had read several positive reviews about this company online, I called them for an estimate, which was very reasonable/affordable. However, the office manager became irate on the phone when I asked her to tell the movers about furniture that would be difficult to move and special equipment and tools that would be needed on moving day. The office manager stated, in a very condescending and disrespectful tone, ""our movers are professionals and don't need to know your information"". \r

Perhaps the office manager was right – that the movers are professionals and have the tools and training necessary to handle any situation. However, I am a prospective customer and the office manager’s tone, inflexibility, and unwillingness to acknowledge my concern inspired me to write this review. Not only did the office manager disregard my concerns - she basically “told me off” too…..this is no way to treat someone if you want their business. \r

It is possible that this is a wonderful company that normally offers exceptional service. In fact, it is possible that the movers themselves are very competent and professional – my experience with the office manager says nothing at all about the quality of service provided by the movers themselves. Chances are, this company can move you quickly and cheaply.\r

But what if something goes wrong (movers break furniture, claim must be filed, movers cannot move furniture, estimate differs from final bill)? This is when competent management becomes invaluable. And I am certain that the management at this place is incompetent - at the very least, the office manager can be very difficult, and for this reason, I chose to hire another moving company to help me relocate. \r

I seriously doubt that this company will be in business for long. Buyer beware. \r
