Review content:
We've been using Carpet Barn for a long time. We've used them for carpet in the past and just recently they did our laminate wood flooring. First of all, we like the service we've received. They are kind, courteous, and attentive to our needs. They also give good guarantees and we like the quality of the product.
I have total confidence in them. They're honest: there's integrity there. And they're not pushy. I think they have the customer's best interests in mind from what my wife and I have experienced. The whole process is hassle-free. We personally stopped into Carpet Barn rather than calling, since it's not too far from us. We've never had a problem either way, though. They ordered what we needed and we got it on time. The workmanship is good as well.
