HORRIBLE!! They don't even deserve 1 star! It took over 3 months to get my mothers antique clock working. After we picked it up we got home and noticed the dong on the hour was not working. Took it back and was told a spring was broken and they would make it priority and fix it. Over 2 weeks later we finally got it back and when we tested it there the low dong was now a high pitched ding. I told them that was wrong but they said that was how its supposed to be. This antique mantle clock is supposed to have a low sounding dong similar to a grandfather clock. Now its a high pitch ding. Extremely unsatisfied. Not only did it take over 3 months for a simple repair they ruined the sound it should make. I would NEVER EVER recommend them. If you don't care about your clock or watch and want to pay way to much then feel free to use them.
