I have been taking my golden puppy for shots .... he needed 1 more visit for a shot and de worming....\r
they sent me a coupon for a free shot .... \r

went to vet for his last shot and a deworming which had cost $12 in past visits.\r
I gave them my coupon, thinking all I would owe was $12\r
\r
They handed me a bill for $45.... I asked them why so much, they said my puppies weight increase was reason. they got rude when I said it seemed outrages.\r

I got home and called every vet on Ventura Blvd from Studio City - this vet.\r

I gave them the weight of my puppy and asked how much for a de worming .... every place I called quoted me $12 .... I asked why I would be charged $45.... they said maybe they gave him a pill, which cost more. They said pill unnessescary ...... I GOT RIPPED OFF!!!!\r

They figured since I had a coupon for a free shot, they would make it up else where .....\r
this place lacks INTEGRITY!!!!!\r

Only care about your pocket book ..... STAY AWAY!!!!!
Pros: clean office
Cons: Rude staff, including Dr. ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR $$$$
