Review content:
While staff was caring of pet, they were not forthcoming with costs of procedures. After seeing bill and questioning charges (We had over $1K in costs for an overnight examination.), we were told that ""others do not seem to find the costs a problem."" We wanted our vet to at least fully disclose costs and work with us. The customer service regarding verification of charges was rude, condescending and just plain unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Pros: Parking, clean office
Cons: disrespectul veterinarian, unhelpful staff
