I have never gone through Roto-Rooter before. In fact I was worried that they were going to be too expensive than hiring a mom-and-pop plumber, but considering I had a serious issue I knew I needed a professional. I am thrilled at the service I was given by Roto-Rooter. I had to call them because I recently got some Air Conditioning work done but the drain line from the A/C was clogged. Tech #711 came out to my house and found that not only was it clogged but the line itself was coming apart. Essentially had my line not clogged the line would have come apart on its own and the drain water would have leaked into my house! Had I hired a mom-and-pop they would have just patched everything and called it a day. He went the extra mile to make sure that my house was going to be safe from flooding in the attic. If this wasn't enough, he was extremely friendly and professional. I've never had such an amazing experience with any contractor I've hired. For any and all plumbing issues I'm rotor-rooter from now on. Specifically tech #711. I'm just so happy!
