Review content:
I chose to have work done on the front bumper of my 2005 Honda Accord EX Coupe at Accurate Autobody & Glass. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Recently the paint began to peel where the work was done. Fortunaltly, they have a lifetime guarantee as long as you own the vehicle. I took the vehicle back to show where the paint was peeling. When the lady came out to look at the effected area of the car she said it had obviously been hit within 2 seconds of looking at it. There are no dents or scratchs to the effected area. I was left with the impression that Accurate Autobody & Glass has no interest in honoring their guarantee on the work they perform. I would warn anybody getting estimates for vehicle collision repairs to stay away from Accurate Autobody & Glass.\r \r If this review happens to get back to somebody in charge at Accurate Autobody & Glass, I would happily take down this review and rewrite a positive review if you could remedy this situation for me. My RO # is 14937 and my claim # is 36-A542-694. My original invoice was prepared by Ron Linzy. The telephone number on my invoice is still accurate, so if you do wish to contact me you can find my number on my invoice.\r Pros: work was completed on time Cons: do not honor their guarantee on the work they complete
