I stupidly rented a house in Kuna from Beam's Realty not knowing anything about them. I was just moving there and knew no one. He has consistently talked down to me, told me my house was dirty when I was moving out, and has always made me feel like I was an imposition when I did call to get something fixed. He always wanted me to check everything and practically fix it myself before he would send someone out. I was given $50 to clean the house when I moved in as it was a fast transition, so the other people got off scott free as far as I know. I have lived all over in base housing as well as off post housing and have never had to deal with anything like him and the issues he tells me should have been taken care of. He just has a way of demeaning me when he talks to me and tends to try to make me feel inferior. I know it is not just me as I was told by someone else how they were treated by him as well. It was not good. Beware of Bob Beams and his realty business as he is not nice and I feel has taken me.
