Review content:
The nail techs were nice, but the same cannot be said for the receptionist. The music was horrid (same horrible oldies over and over repeated), and we ended up getting a bad manicure. They said the polish was dry, but the polish was still wet and got screwed up the moment we left. In addition, the polish was applied unevenly. We asked for a refund for that service (while still offering to pay for the rest), and the receptionist refused and would only offer a redo of the paint job. Why would we want a redo of what turned out to be a crappy job? Also, we ended up with a nice gritty feeling on our hands because the oil/exfoliant was never washed off, and the service supposedly included a massage, but what we got was not a massage (unless you count lathering on lotion and letting it lie there).
