Businiess name:  Davidson Kenneth E

Review content:
A $5 check that I wrote for my child's school lunch bounced and thanks to the law office of Ken Davidson it resulted in a judgement of thousands of dollars. That despite the fact I had paid the amount of the check directly to the school in cash! (They wouldn't apply it-D11 uses a check company) All throughout the process I was sure that sanity would prevail....but now I am accumulating 8% interest on thousands of fees Mr. Davidson added on, and I can never hope to pay this. Errors happen. Life happens. In our case my kid's dad had died and I was fighting illness when this happened. \r \r He's not ruthless.....that's too simple. But there is something inherently wrong when a $5 check results in a judgement of thousands of dollars. We screen people going into law for evidence of strong moral character, if I were the owner of a business that wanted to collect debts owed I would never, ever use an attorney who fails to exhibit the same humanity we expect to see in year one law students. But in truth, it's not half as much his fault as the companies who hire him......a $5 check became thousands in a judgement and no one would raise a finger to stop it. I would ask all Colorado Businesses to honor their commitment to the community by choosing more ethical legal representation that Mr. Davidson exhibits.
