I have been buying drive thru here for 13 years because my kids like Wendys burgers and chicken nuggets. I can't tell you how many times I have left with something missing or have had to pull over and wait for someone to bring me my food not so the people behind me can get their order as I first thought but so that they don't get in trouble for taking too long. Generally if you go back and tell them what was missing they will give it to you but having to drive all the way back to pick up some missing item is a great inconvenience when it happens over and over again. Tonight was the first time I not only got attitude for checking my 6 bags to find not one but three items missing. I then got overcharged for one missing item. Enough is enough. I only hope things are better in the restaurant itself. I have no complaints about the food itself it is as expected.
