This hotel was booked for our family reunion(July 18-21, 2008) Horrible experience. My reservation was made December 7th, after driving all night from North Carolina-I was made to wait over 3hrs for a room. the front desk staff was totally unconcerned, I understand most places say you can not check in until 3pm, however, with this many people checking in allowances can be made. But, the Best Western at 200 Wolf Rd, does not see things that way. I asked how soon would be possible one of the staff said about an hour and a half, I agreed, still when that time had come, I was told there was nothing he could do. The manager would not come out to talk. If this hotel staff is incapable of handling a large crowd of people the should never have taken the reservation::or was it because it was a large crowd of people of COLOR???? Be that as it may, I would never stay at this Best Westen and would have to think long and hard about any Best Western.\r
