My brother spent one year visiting this place. Three months after putting down a deposit and just 3 days away from moving in, this facility sent their packers to pack up all his personal belongings. At the end of the day he received a phone call saying they would not allow him to move on. They gave no explanation to him. The reasons they gave me were fabricated and not true. An independent physical therapist evaluated my brother and determined he was perfectly capable of living there, but they refused to change their minds. The management was extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. They never even offered to unpack his belongings. My brother was fortunate not to have sold his house, but did have to excuse himself from a verbal contract to rent his house. My review: overall this was an awful experience! The staff seems friendly, but the management is inept. The facility is lovely and clean, and I can't fully address the quality of care, but given their treatment of my brother it at best is mediocre. My advice: get answers in writing and don't count your chickens before they hatch!
