Review content:
I just spent two days at the Viceroy, and I wasn't impressed. Although the rooms were comfortable and very stylish, the overall ambiance of the hotel was ruined by non-stop noise and a shockingly ungracious front desk staff. During our morning spa treatments, we were bombarded with constant noise from hedgetrimmers and leaf blowers rattling just outside. In the afternoon and evening, in the room and at poolside, we were disturbed by construction noise and loud power tools as they worked on hotel buildings. Unfortunately when we finally had to say something about the noise, the amateurish front desk staff could only mumble a ""Sorry, they'll leave around 8:00pm"". The front desk staff were not at all gracious or profesional when checking in, and the entire staff loafs around the grounds in sloppy Viceroy logo t-shirts rather than hotel uniforms. Bring earplugs and lots of patience with the employees. Pros: Stylish Rooms, Comfortable Beds, Location Cons: , Sloppy Staff, Poor Attitude
