Dr. Cai and staff make going to the orthodontist fun. I have a lot of experience because our family of four had braces on all at the same time. The inside of the building is decorated to make you feel invited and welcome. Dr. Cai and staff are the best at customer service. I feel like I made new friends just by going to the appointments. I always recommend Dr. Cai to my family and friends. To our family, there is only one choice in Longview and that's Dr. Cai.
