Dr. Bruce Parker gives dentistry a Bad name. He is the most unprofessional, uncaring, and unskilled dentist that I have ever encountered. \r
A few years ago he worked on putting a porcelan overlay in my mouth. I was in his dental chair for over 3 hours. He was pushing the porcelan because he made them in his office and could do it all in one proceedure which meant more money for him. He proceeded to prepare the tooth surface to set in his overlay and failed to tell me that he glued it in crooked and had to actually drill it out and do the proceedure all over again. He just kept saying ""it will be a little longer"" He did not inform me that I was in the chair so long because of his mistake. After all of that time and discomfort, I was just glad to get out of his chair and go home only to realize when I looked in the mirror that the tooth was crooked and looked awful. I went to see him in person to complain and he showed no remorse for his mistake and just said he would do it over again for the 3rd time. I would not let him near my mouth again. I was out $800 cash. He would not answer questions and only barked at his staff to put on a video to answer any questions I had. His intial routine exam was so rough and to the point of hurting. I have never experienced such horrible treatment from any other dentist. He is a menace to the profession.
