Review content:
I took my truck there knowing they have been in business for many years and figured they were an outstanding company in my community that stood by their name and stood by their word. \r I couldn’t have been more wrong in my assumption. I was originally given a quote of 1,800 to repair the damage done to the side of my truck. I was original told by them that they would remove the fender flair and bed rail when they painted and clear coated that side of the truck. So when I picked up my truck two days after they said it would be done, my jaw hit the floor. My truck was a mess. The paint job was pretty bad, even the orange peeling was the worst I have ever seen. I couldn’t understand how they could give me my truck back looking like it did. I spoke to the son of the owner of the shop, told him that this was not what I expected, he agreed and said he would make things right. After the second time around I took my truck home, not giving it a thorough inspection until later that day when the sun was out. I couldn’t believe what I saw; now there were fingerprints and white spots the size of quarters in the finish itself. Needless to say, I was told once again they would make things right, that it just needed buffed. Now you would think after the third time it would be perfect or at least decent, but alas it was not, and once again I heard they would make things right, however, since it needed repainting they would have to get approval of the owner and once he spoke to the owner he would call me back and we would set up a time to get my truck fixed. To this day, over two years later, both Rich, Jr. and Rich, Sr. have yet to call me and make things right. I have made several attempts to get this corrected with excuses every time I call or stop in there. Two months after they last worked on my truck my fender well above the flair began to rot out, which confirms that they did not do the job they were paid to do.\r
