Tried dealing with them for the first time ever today. Have a lot of coats, sweaters, jackets, shirts to sell or consign so I called to ask if the were taking clothes. I called and they said they only take clothes Tuesday thru Friday and it requires an appointment. Since I work full time I asked for clarification--so I can't sell items thru Two Timers if I work during the week? Ok so the first lady on the phone handed me over to a second lady to address that question. Second lady said she'd be willing to make a one-time exception to give me an appt on Saturday (their busiest day). Then she told me that everything had to be on hangers, cleaned, pressed, ready to sell. Ok, that's reasonable I figured. Then she informed me that they only take 20 hanging items at a time. So I clarified--if I have 50 sweaters to sell I'd have to make 3 appointments/trips? The answer was yes. And since they don't accept clothes on weekends (except for a one-time exception with a cap of 20 hanging items) I concluded they were impossible for me to deal with as someone who works during the week.
