I was very disappointed with this company. I was given a quote to clean the interior, exterior and tracts for my windows. I was given a separate charge for the cleaning of the screens on my lanai. When the employee came to do the work he only used a duster on the screens on the lanai (no water or washing was done on the screens) and when I told him he was also to clean the window tracts he said he did not have the equipment to do it. After I reminded him it was itemized in the estimate he went to his vehicle and came back with a rag and an ink pen. He then pushed dirt to the edges of the window tract with the rag and pen and left it there. I called his supervisor and was told to use my vacuum attachments myself. To make it worse the supervisor said they would come back the next week to clean the tracts and he never showed or called. Even after charging me the entire estimate price and getting paid for it. Beware. I would not use this company again!
