Dr. Sobell is great. A real medical dermatologist. Quality. Now, try to get an appointment. Good luck.\r \r Not only is he much in demand, but he booking system is frustrating. The phone staff are as helpful as they can be, given that the scheduling system doesn't accurately represent what is available. I've had quite a few conversations with these folks trying to help, but they can't see what's available in their system. No cancellation list, either. You're asked to call back daily to see if there are cancellations. So, make an appointment while in the office, you say? Well, if the young lady behind the counter has the time to help you (if she isn't constantly glancing at her blackberry or IM window) you might get an appointment, only to be called later that something has come up and they need to reschedule you. \r \r Waiting to see who Boston Magazine lists as Top Docs next... Pros: Great doctors. Cons: Horrible support staff & systems.
