Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional business.\r
I'm a firearm collector. I purchased online and had rifle shipped to my FFL address.\r
Rifle was shipped in an empty box with no packing material. Super Pawn would not return phone calls. When I left B+ feedback (should have been an F), I was treated to a long trail of emails insulting myself and every other customer they have, as being too stupid to understand what good packaging is. Was told that proper packaging techniques aren't used because customers are too stupid to deal with it. I wouldn't buy anything, ever again from them. Oh, and one more thing, I was told that no one reads reviews, their customers just buy the cheapest thing they can find, and don't expect much.
