I am so surprised to see some of the previous posts about taste. This is great food! I also think the portions are fine, but if you are doing a basic meal plan, you will need food outside of this because snacks aren't included. Ordering from the a la carte menu is great, but like other posts said, it's expensive. For me, the program is great because I love the food and the convenience of not having to cook after really long grueling work days. A very big drawback for me is that the ingredients aren't listed anywhere. I am an avid label reader and all you really get is a brief description on the site, and the food is only labeled with what it is. Aside from that, I am really happy with them.
