Hands down the worst experience I ever had. The bed was so uncomfortable I could sleep. The pillows were lumpy and foam (apparently you have to request down - something I was told after checkout). The room was small, awkward and extremely UNLUXURIOUS. Checked out (very early so I could go home to sleep) the manager was not yet on duty. When I called the next day to complain, not only was she unsympathetic, but she took my number and never called me back. The second person I spoke to didnt let me speak and then hungup on me - twice!!!! I have never experience such poor customer service I have no idea where these ladies were schooled in hotel management, but they could use a refresher course. Our total bill was over to $700 for ONE night (including dinner) and left me completely unsatisfied.
