Awful experience! Go elsewhere!\r I had Harmon and Sons treat my lawn for weeds and grubs and about a week and a half later, I realized the weeds were just not going to die, so I called them to let them know. The first person I spoke to said that they would respray for no charge, but when she transferred me to the person that schedules this, they said that she was wrong and that they would have to charge the same amount to respray and that the reason my lawn still had weeds was because I waited too long to call them this year, so I guess its my fault their weedkiller didn't work... I asked about my bill and stated that I didn't want to pay it until they could tell me the full amount. Once I got the invoice, I realized that they charged me a fee of $10 just for mailing it out! \r \r Here I am now with a $193 bill from them and a yard that is still full of weeds!!! \r \r Gephardt Approved huh? This experience gives new meaning to that statement as well.
