My experience with Jen was nothing short of extraordinary. Her professionalism and personal concern were refreshing in a time that has a shortage of both. Jen took the time to listen to my goals and concerns and then created a plan to fit my specific needs. Of course, the ultimate tool for gauging success is results. Wow! Were there ever results. Not only am I 45 pounds lighter but I have a new perspective on food and on how to keep myself healthy without resorting to ""gimmicky"" plans. Whatever your personal goals for health or weight loss are, I couldn't be more confident in recommending Jen.
