Review content:
We were visiting the area and decided to have our dog's teeth cleaned here since the cost of a dental cleaning was a very reasonable price compared to our Vet where we live. The place is busy and it does take almost an hour for them to get to you, but they were very polite to me and answered my questions in a polite manner both on the ph prior to me going there and while I was there. They assured me my dog would be kept in a separate area than where the animals brought in for vaccinations from Animal Control are kept, and away from the kennel area. The only odd thing was the grooming room (does have a closed door at least) is right next to the waiting area and the have a very loud and noisy bird in there (in a cage of course) which seem to make the dogs in the kennel in the back bark constantly- these were loud barks, so all this made my dog very nervous to sit there and wait and listen to all this. I'd recommend they get rid of the bird. As for the service they were very good and my dog was clean and teeth were cleaned as well, when I got him back and he had no issues. They prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine for him. We have a small Shih Tzu and for a dental they put him under anesthesia and I was relieved that he did not have any nausea afterwards. So we would return and hope for less of a wait time.
