LensCrafters\r Old Saybrook, CT\r \r Just over a year ago I purchased two pairs of glasses along with a warranty. Just the other day I went to the gym and realized I forgot to leave my glasses in the car so decided to put them in my pocket. I figured that I had purchased good quality glasses given what I paid so imagine my surprise when I took them out of my pocket and noticed how easily they scratched! I went back to the store and asked the clerk if she could help me. She said it was up to the manager and went to get him. He had no interest in helping me and suggested I pay $100 more for new lenses than I paid for the lenses and designer frames just over a year ago! Thanks for nothing! Needless to say I will never go back to LensCrafters in Old Saybrook ever again! Thanks for nothing!
