Ira Toyota (Milford MA) sold the Certified Toyota Venza I was scheduled to drive right from under me. The stigma of the distrustful auto dealership lives strong here. Having spoken with the dealership this morning to confirm the availability of the Venza & schedule a test-drive – and having driven forty-five minutes to buy it – I was told upon my arrival that they had sold it. I had done my research into buying a Certified Toyota, and felt comfortable with my decision. This experience has changed my feelings of the Toyota brand and of the Toyota certified vehicle program. This behavior is a clear signal to be wary of this Massachusetts Toyota Dealership – and of Toyota’s certified used cars. June/07/2013 #toyota #toyotacertified #iratoyota
